Key Responsibilities
- Identify and connect with potential clients through calls, emails, LinkedIn, and other business channels.
- Generate qualified leads and schedule meetings for the sales team.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with prospective and existing clients.
- Understand client requirements and present suitable company offerings.
- Follow up consistently with leads to maximize conversion opportunities.
- Maintain accurate records of leads, client interactions, and sales activities in CRM or tracking systems.
- Collaborate with internal teams to ensure a smooth client onboarding process.
- Stay updated on industry trends, competitors, and market opportunities.
Required Skills & Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Commerce, or any relevant discipline.
- Fresher or up to 1 year of experience in Business Development, Sales, or Client Relations.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Confident, presentable, and professional personality.
- Strong interpersonal and relationship-building skills.
- Good negotiation and persuasion abilities.
- Strong common sense and problem-solving mindset.
- Self-motivated, responsible, and eager to learn.
- Basic knowledge of MS Office and internet research.
Pay: Up to ₹15,000.00 per month
