About the Role
We are looking for a dynamic and result-oriented Sourcing Manager with strong experience in the Core Ghatkopar real estate market. The ideal candidate should possess an active Channel Partner network, excellent market knowledge, and a proven track record in lead generation and sourcing closures.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with Channel Partners, brokers, and real estate consultants in the Core Ghatkopar market.
- Generate quality leads for residential projects through Channel Partners and market networking.
- Conduct regular market visits to identify new business opportunities and strengthen market presence.
- Coordinate with the Sales Team to ensure successful site visits, client engagement, and booking closures.
- Achieve monthly sourcing targets for site visits, bookings, and revenue generation.
- Organize broker meets, Channel Partner activities, and promotional initiatives to enhance business growth.
- Maintain accurate records of leads, visits, bookings, and Channel Partner interactions in CRM systems.
- Track competitor activities, pricing trends, and market developments within Ghatkopar and nearby micro-markets.
- Build long-term relationships with Channel Partners to ensure repeat business and sustained sourcing performance.
Desired Candidate Profile
- Minimum 2 years of experience in Real Estate Sourcing.
- Strong working knowledge of Core Ghatkopar and surrounding markets.
- Existing Channel Partner network in Ghatkopar preferred.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and relationship management skills.
- Self-motivated, target-driven, and capable of working independently.
- Proficiency in CRM tools, MS Excel, and basic reporting.
