Candidates should have strong subject knowledge, excellent communication skills, and the ability to teach Classes XI & XII as per the CBSE/ICSE/State Board curriculum. Teachers will be responsible for delivering engaging lessons, preparing students for board examinations, and contributing to the overall academic development of the school. PGT teachers are typically expected to plan lessons, assess student progress, maintain academic records, and collaborate with parents and colleagues.

Key Responsibilities
- Teach students of Classes XI & XII.
- Prepare lesson plans and deliver interactive classroom sessions.
- Conduct tests, assignments, and practicals as applicable.
- Evaluate student performance and maintain academic records.
- Prepare students for board examinations.
- Participate in parent-teacher meetings, school events, and staff meetings.
- Maintain classroom discipline and create a positive learning environment.
Eligibility
- Postgraduate degree in the relevant subject.
- B.Ed. degree from a recognized institution.
- Good communication and classroom management skills.
- Experience in CBSE/ICSE/State Board schools is preferred but freshers with strong subject knowledge may also apply. Relevant subject qualifications and B.Ed. are commonly expected for PGT positions.
