Job Summary
Sona Star Innovation Pvt Ltd is seeking an experienced and dedicated Food Court Manager to oversee the complete operations of the food court located within Sona College of Technology Campus, Salem. The ideal candidate should have a strong background in the food industry, excellent operational management skills, and the ability to lead a team while ensuring high standards of quality, hygiene, and customer satisfaction.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage end-to-end food court operations on a daily basis.
- Supervise food preparation, service quality, and customer experience.
- Ensure compliance with food safety, hygiene, and quality standards.
- Monitor inventory, stock levels, procurement, and vendor coordination.
- Handle staffing, scheduling, training, and team performance management.
- Control operational costs and improve profitability.
- Address customer concerns and implement service improvements.
- Prepare operational reports and coordinate with management.
- Ensure smooth functioning of all food court activities and facilities.
Eligibility CriteriaEducational Qualification
- Bachelor's Degree in Food Technology (Mandatory)
Experience
- Minimum 3 years of experience in the food industry.
- Experience in managing cafeterias, food courts, restaurants, canteens, or hospitality operations will be highly preferred.
