Role: Clinic Manager
Key Responsibilities:
Lead and manage end-to-end clinic operations, ensuring smooth day-to-day functioning
Drive revenue growth by monitoring sales performance, footfall trends, and key business metrics
Ensure exceptional customer experience and high service standards across all touchpoints
Oversee inventory management, procurement, and stock optimization
Manage cash handling, billing processes, and daily financial reconciliations
Implement and enforce SOPs, operational processes, and compliance standards
Lead, train, and motivate clinic staff to achieve performance goals
Collaborate with veterinary and support teams to ensure seamless service delivery
Requirements:
5+ years of experience in operations/clinic/retail management
Strong leadership and team management skills
Proven ability to drive sales and operational efficiency
Excellent problem-solving and decision-making abilities
Strong customer engagement and communication skills
Pay: ₹30,000.00 - ₹40,000.00 per month
Experience:
- Store management: 2 years (Preferred)
- Store manager: 2 years (Preferred)
Language:
- English & Tamil (Preferred)
