- Assess organizational and employee training needs
- Design, develop, and deliver effective training programs
- Create and maintain learning and development content
- Manage and administer the Learning Management System (LMS)
- Provide coaching, mentoring, and guidance to employees
- Ensure training initiatives align with organizational goals and strategy
- Collaborate with internal stakeholders to enhance employee development and productivity
