About Systech
Systech is a 30-year enterprise software company from South India,
powering textile mills across spinning, weaving, knitting, processing,
and garmenting with our flagship ERP suite — Texora, Precision, Orbit,
and Pulse. We are now expanding our sales reach across India's textile
clusters through independent Business Development Associates (BDAs).
The Role — Business Development Associate (BDA)
You will identify, pitch, and close orders for Systech ERP products in
your region's textile mills. This is an independent, commission-only
engagement — you set your own pace, work your own hours, and are paid
on results.
This is NOT an employment offer. There is no fixed salary, no
attendance, no reporting hierarchy. You sign a BDA Agreement with
Systech and operate as an independent business development professional.
What you'll do
- Identify prospective mills in your region and register each as a lead
with Systech before first contact.
- Pitch Systech ERP products to plant owners, MDs, GMs, and IT heads.
- Coordinate demos (Systech's technical team supports).
- Own the funnel — first meeting → demo → proposal → close.
- Hand over cleanly to Systech's implementation team on order signing.
What we offer
- Commission on each closed order — typical closures range
₹50,000 to ₹8,00,000 per deal, depending on deal size.
- Recurring share on Annual Support & Compliance renewals — as long as
your engagement is active.
- Travel reimbursed against submitted bills on registered opportunities.
- Full product training, live demo environment, proposal templates,
marketing collateral.
- Systech technical experts join you for customer demos and pre-sales.
- Systech-branded business card and @systech.com email alias.
- Occasional access to Systech office premises for customer meetings.
- Regional lead sharing where available.
What we're looking for
- 2+ years of B2B sales experience — preferably in ERP, industrial
automation, or manufacturing SME sales.
- Existing relationships in textile mills strongly preferred.
- Own vehicle, willing to travel within your region.
- Working English + fluent Tamil / Hindi / regional language.
- Hunter's mindset — you enjoy cold calls and unannounced plant visits.
- Comfortable with 100% commission and no fixed pay.
Not for you if
- You need a monthly salary.
- You want office hours and attendance.
- You expect leads to be handed to you (some may be shared; most you
will source yourself).
