JK Electric Contractor LLP is looking for a dynamic and highly organized Executive Assistant to provide comprehensive administrative and operational support to senior management. The ideal candidate should possess excellent communication skills, strong coordination abilities, and the capability to manage multiple tasks efficiently in a fast-paced environment.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage and maintain the Director's and senior management's schedules, appointments, and meetings.
- Coordinate internal and external communications on behalf of management.
- Prepare reports, presentations, meeting agendas, and minutes of meetings (MOM).
- Follow up with departments and project teams regarding assigned tasks and deadlines.
- Handle confidential documents, records, and correspondence with discretion.
- Organize travel arrangements, accommodation bookings, and itineraries when required.
- Assist in preparing business reports, MIS reports, and management dashboards.
- Coordinate with clients, vendors, consultants, and stakeholders for various business requirements.
- Manage office documentation, filing systems, and records.
- Monitor pending actions and ensure timely completion of management directives.
- Support management in business planning, project reviews, and strategic initiatives.
- Draft professional emails, letters, and official communications.

Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹35,000.00 per month
