- Manage warranty processes, claims, and daily warranty operations
- Analyze and evaluate warranty data and claims to determine validity, accuracy, and eligibility
- Inspect defective products and other issues by gathering relevant data
- Manage and monitor warranty databases to maintain accurate records
- Liaise and collaborate with customers, suppliers, and manufacturers to address and resolve warranty-related issues
- Produce regular reports and analyses on warranty claims and performance metrics
- Collaborate with customer service, quality assurance, and product development teams on identifying and resolving recurring issues
