Key Responsibilities for Mother Teacher
Nurturing & Pastoral Care: Provide emotional support and build strong, trusting bonds to ensure young children feel secure.
Routine Management: Teach basic life and hygiene skills (e.g., eating, washing hands, tying shoes) and oversee safe arrival/dispersal.
Play-Way Learning: Deliver engaging, creative lessons using storytelling, rhymes, and visual aids
.Continuous Supervision: Stay with a single class throughout the day to monitor behavior, social interactions, and developmental progress
.Parent Communication: Maintain open communication with parents to discuss both the emotional and academic milestones of the child.
Key Responsibilities for PRT Teacher
Lesson Planning: Develop, prepare, and deliver differentiated, child-centric lessons aligned with boards like CBSE.Assessments & Evaluation: Conduct regular tests, worksheets, and formative assessments to identify learning gaps and track academic progress.
Classroom Management: Maintain high standards of classroom discipline, engagement, and focus
.Skill Building: Develop fundamental literacy, numeracy, and critical thinking skills while keeping learning interactive.Parent-Teacher Meetings: Participate in PTMs to report on academic performance and share strategies for home-based learning.
Pay: ₹13,000.00 - ₹17,000.00 per month
