Inviting applications for the role of Leader - Workforce Management (Talent Supply Chain Data, Insights and Initiatives Leader)
Role Context
This role sits within the Talent Supply Chain (TSC) organization and is a core member of the leadership team. The individual will report into the DTAI TSC Leader to build a data-led, policy-driven, and governance-anchored workforce engine.
This leader will define how decisions are made, measured, and governed across supply-demand matching, internal mobility, and workforce planning.
Role Purpose
To institutionalize data, insights, policies, and Initiatives that enable a transparent, agile and predictive Talent Supply Chain while improving business outcomes talent experience and cost efficiency.
Experience:
-
Extensive experience in IT / Tech Services / Global Capability Centers
-
Experience in Workforce Management, Resource Management, or Talent Analytics
-
Exposure to platforms like Workday, Workforce planning tools, AI based tool etc.

Proven track record in governance and large-scale program leadership
Key Responsibilities
1. Data & Insights Strategy
-
Define and operationalize the data strategy for Talent Supply Chain (supply, demand, skills, utilization, mobility).
-
Build forward-looking insights (forecasting, scenario modelling, capacity planning) to drive demand shaping and supply optimization.
-
Partner with business to embed predictive and prescriptive analytics into decision-making.
-
Establish a single source of truth across systems (e.g., Workday, Genome, matching engines etc).
2. Workforce Policies & Frameworks:
-
Design and embed TSC policies into flow of work
-
Translate business strategy into clear decision rules and playbooks.
-
Continuously evolve policies based on data, adoption, and business feedback.
3. Governance & Initiatives:
-
Establish and run governance rhythms (weekly/monthly reviews, war rooms, escalation frameworks).
-
Define RACIs and SLAs across stakeholders (Internal fulfilment, Workforce Planning, HR, Delivery, Hiring, Skills etc.).

Ensure adherence to policies through transparent dashboards, audits, and interventions.

Identify and drive seamless implementation of strategic initiatives
-
Build CXO-level dashboards and narratives that drive strategic decisions.
4. Transformation & Productization

Partner with Transformation, HR Tech, and Operations teams to scale adoption of new technologies and processes.

Drive TSC productization for DTAI (standardized workflows, scalable frameworks, automation) in collaboration with the TSC transformation COE.
