Key Responsibilities
- Manage end-to-end payroll processing accurately and within timelines.
- Handle monthly payroll activities including attendance, leave, overtime, deductions, incentives and salary inputs.
- Maintain and update employee records in SpineHR.
- Prepare payroll-related reports and MIS.
- Handle PF, ESIC, PT, TDS and other statutory compliance related to payroll.
- Coordinate with employees and internal teams for payroll-related queries and discrepancies.
- Manage full & final settlement and exit-related payroll activities.
- Ensure accurate calculation of salary, arrears, deductions and reimbursements.
- Support payroll audits and maintain proper documentation.
- Ensure confidentiality and accuracy of employee salary information.
- Coordinate with management/accounts for timely payroll processing.
- Assist in other HR operations and employee lifecycle activities as required.
Candidate Profile
- Graduate in HR, Commerce, Business Administration or a relevant field.
- 3–5 years of relevant experience in Payroll & HR Operations.
- Hands-on experience with SpineHR is mandatory.
- Good understanding of Indian payroll and statutory compliances.
- Strong knowledge of Excel and HR MIS.
- Excellent attention to detail and numerical accuracy.
- Good communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to manage payroll independently and meet strict deadlines.

Pay: ₹14,670.33 - ₹40,000.00 per month
