Job Summary
We are looking for a skilled and experienced HVAC Site Engineer with 4–5 years of hands-on experience in the HVAC industry. The candidate should possess strong technical knowledge of HVAC systems, site execution, installation, testing & commissioning, and project coordination. The ideal candidate must be capable of independently managing project sites, handling manpower, coordinating with clients and vendors, and ensuring timely project completion with quality and safety standards.
Key Responsibilities
- Supervise and manage HVAC installation and execution activities at project sites.
- Handle site planning, execution, testing, commissioning, and project handover activities.
- Coordinate with clients, consultants, contractors, and internal teams for smooth project execution.
- Monitor project progress and ensure completion within timelines and budget.
- Manage site workforce, subcontractors, and material requirements effectively.
- Ensure compliance with safety standards, quality procedures, and company policies.
- Prepare daily progress reports, site documentation, measurement sheets, and project updates.
- Read and interpret HVAC drawings, layouts, and technical specifications.
- Conduct inspections and troubleshoot HVAC-related technical issues at site.
- Coordinate with procurement and stores for material planning and inventory control.
- Ensure proper installation of ducts, piping, AHU, FCU, VRV/VRF systems, chillers, ventilation systems, and other HVAC equipment.
- Attend client meetings and provide technical support whenever required.
Required Skills & Qualifications
- Bachelor’s Degree / Diploma in Mechanical Engineering or relevant field.
- 4–5 years of experience in HVAC project execution and site management.
- Strong technical knowledge of HVAC systems and MEP coordination.
- Good understanding of installation standards, testing & commissioning procedures.
- Ability to manage multiple sites and teams efficiently.
- Knowledge of AutoCAD and basic MS Office applications.
- Good communication, leadership, and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to work under pressure and meet project deadlines.
Preferred Candidate Profile
- Experience in commercial, industrial, or residential HVAC projects.
- Strong coordination and team management abilities.
- Flexible and willing to travel/work at PAN India project locations. if needed.
- Immediate joiners will be preferred.

Best in Industry (Based on experience and interview performance).
Pay: ₹25,000.00 - ₹50,000.00 per month
