Job Overview
The Associate Analyst independently supports accurate, timely, and compliant compensation payments for financial advisors by managing complex transactions, applying sound judgement within established policies and controls, resolving issues with minimal oversight. The role serves as a key individual contributor within Client Compensation, with accountability for assigned end-to-end work. The Associate Analyst handles higher-risk transactions, complex research, and problem resolution working closely with internal partners, external sponsors, and advisors to ensure operational integrity and a consistent advisor experience.
Key Responsibilities
Independently research, analyze, and resolve complex advisor compensation transactions and discrepancies issues and escalations
Perform detailed reconciliations, transaction accounting, and data analysis to ensure accurate payouts
Executed quality control processes to ensure accuracy, compliance, and consistency.
Partner with internal teams and external sponsors to resolve issues and improve outcomes
Maintain documentation and ensure compliance with internal controls.
Identify root causes of recurring issues and recommend process improvements
Support audits, projects, testing, and system enhancements

Required Qualifications
5-8 years of experience in financial services, banking, accounting, or operations
Bachelor’s degree or equivalent practical experience
Demonstrated ability to work independently and manage complex transactions end-to-end
Intermediate proficiency with Microsoft Excel, Word, Outlook, and Teams
