We are seeking a proactive and experienced Senior HR Executive to manage and oversee core human resource functions including recruitment, employee relations, performance management, compliance, and HR operations. The ideal candidate will play a key role in building a positive workplace culture and ensuring HR practices align with organizational goals.
Key Responsibilities
1. Recruitment & Talent Acquisition
- Manage end-to-end recruitment cycle (sourcing, screening, interviewing, onboarding)
- Coordinate with department heads to identify hiring needs
- Develop talent pipelines and employer branding strategies
2. Employee Engagement & Relations
- Handle employee queries, grievances, and conflict resolution
- Drive employee engagement initiatives and retention strategies
- Conduct exit interviews and analyze attrition trends
3. HR Operations & Administration
- Maintain employee records and HR databases
- Ensure smooth onboarding and offboarding processes
- Manage attendance, leave records, and HR documentation
4. Performance Management
- Support performance appraisal cycles
- Assist managers in setting KPIs and evaluating employee performance
- Identify training and development needs
5. Compliance & Policies
- Ensure adherence to labor laws and company policies
- Update HR policies in line with legal requirements
- Maintain statutory compliance PF, ESI, etc
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field
- 4–6+ years of HR experience
- Experience in interiors, modular furniture, construction materials, or building products preferred
Pay: ₹30,000.00 - ₹40,000.00 per month
