Key ResponsibilitiesBusiness Development Responsibilities:
- Identify and develop new business opportunities with colleges, universities, and corporate clients.

- Conduct lead generation, client outreach, and follow-up communications.
- Assist in preparing proposals, presentations, and commercial agreements.
- Support sales funnel management and CRM updates.
- Coordinate with internal departments for successful project execution.
- Participate in B2B meetings, networking events, and partnership discussions.
- Monitor market trends, competitor strategies, and growth opportunities.
IT Administration Responsibilities:
- Manage organizational IT systems, hardware, software, and networking requirements.
- Ensure proper functioning of office systems, email domains, cloud platforms, and communication tools.
- Administer company websites, hosting platforms, and digital assets.
- Troubleshoot technical issues and coordinate with external vendors when necessary.
- Maintain cybersecurity practices, data backups, and software licensing.
- Support internal teams with technical infrastructure for workshops, events, and operations.
- Oversee user access management, system updates, and IT compliance.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, IT, Computer Science, Marketing, or related field.
- 1–3 years of experience in business development, IT administration, or related hybrid roles.
- Strong understanding of CRM tools, lead generation, and business communication.
- Knowledge of domain management, cloud services, networking, and system administration.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Strong organizational and multitasking abilities.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, Google Workspace, and digital collaboration tools.
Preferred Skills
- Experience in Ed-Tech, Corporate Training, or B2B service environments.
- Understanding of sales pipelines and client acquisition strategies.
- Familiarity with website management, hosting, and technical troubleshooting.
- Ability to work independently and in team environments.
