Job Description: IVF Patient Counsellor (Sales)

Experience Required: 3–5 years in fertility counselling, patient counselling, or sales
Role Overview:
We are seeking a motivated and empathetic IVF Patient Counsellor (Sales) to join our team in Rajouri Garden/Ghaziabad.
Key Responsibilities:
- Counsel patients on fertility treatments, procedures, and available options.
- Build trust and rapport with patients while addressing their concerns.
- Guide patients through the decision-making process with empathy and professionalism.
- Achieve sales targets by converting counselling sessions into treatment enrollments.
Requirements
- Minimum 3–5 years of experience in fertility counselling, patient counselling, or sales.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to balance empathy with sales-driven goals.
- Self-motivated and target-oriented.
- Fluency in Hindi and English preferred.
Compensation
- Salary: ₹20,000–₹25,000 (fixed) per month
