Role Summary: We are looking for an experienced ServiceNow Architect to lead the design, architecture, and implementation of enterprise ServiceNow solutions. The role requires strong technical expertise, solutioning capabilities, stakeholder management, and the ability to guide delivery teams in implementing scalable and secure solutions aligned with business objectives.
Must-have Skills
- ServiceNow Development: Design, develop, and maintain custom ServiceNow applications and modules, including ServiceNow CSM, ITSM, ITOM and App Engine (custom apps).
- Knowledge of Open AI Integration with ServiceNow ITSM
- Knowledge of ServiceNow Now Assist is mandatory
- Platform Configuration: Configure and manage ServiceNow modules (CSM, ITSM, ITOM, etc.), workflows, UI policies, business rules, and UI actions.
- Scripting: Write and modify scripts in JavaScript (both client and server-side), ServiceNow scripting languages (Business Rules, Script Includes, UI Scripts, etc.), Open AI Integrations to automate processes.
- Integration: Integrate ServiceNow with other systems (e.g., LDAP, Active Directory, third-party applications) using SOAP, REST, and other web services APIs, other ITSM data and Open AI integrations
- Security and Performance: Implement best practices to optimize the performance and security of ServiceNow environments. Ensure compliance with security policies and standards.
- Upgrades & Patches: Assist with ServiceNow version upgrades and patching, ensuring smooth deployment with minimal downtime.
- Documentation: Develop and maintain technical documentation for custom applications, workflows, and integrations. Provide knowledge transfer to other team members as needed.
- Design end-to-end ServiceNow solutions across one or more platform modules.
- Define solution architecture, technical design, and integration approach in line with ServiceNow best practices.
- Provide technical leadership throughout the project lifecycle, from solutioning to production deployment.
- Review technical designs, customizations, and code to ensure quality, scalability, and maintainability.
- Strong expertise in ServiceNow platform architecture and development.
Good-to-have Skills
- Strong knowledge of ServiceNow scripting (Business Rules, Client Scripts, UI Actions,
Script Includes, etc.).
- Experience in integrating ServiceNow with external systems using REST, SOAP, Open AI or
other technologies.
- Knowledge of ServiceNow architecture and modules, including ITSM, ITOM, CSM, SecOps,
AppEngine etc.
- Proficiency in JavaScript, HTML, CSS, and web technologies.
- Experience with ServiceNow Studio, AppEngine and other ServiceNow development tools.
Leverage App Engine to build and automate custom applications on the ServiceNow platform.
- Experience with ServiceNow Discovery, Service Mapping, and Configuration Management Database
(CMDB).
- Expertise in ServiceNow administration, configuration, and platform setup.
- Experience in using the ServiceNow Performance Analytics module, reports, and dashboards.
- Understanding of ITIL processes and how they are implemented in ServiceNow.
- Familiarity with ServiceNow's Update Sets and managing version control.

- Qualification - B.Tech. (CS/IT)/ MCA
- 5-8 years' relevant ServiceNow experience and 10-12 years' overall experience in the IT software industry.
