Job Summary
We are looking for a smart and proactive Personal Assistant to support the Managing Director in daily business activities. The candidate will assist in client coordination, preparing quotations, catalog management, and other tasks assigned by the MD. This role is ideal for freshers or candidates with up to 1 year of experience who are eager to learn and grow in the furniture and interior industry.
Key Responsibilities
- Assist the Managing Director in day-to-day administrative and operational tasks.
- Coordinate with clients and vendors regarding furniture and interior requirements.
- Prepare and share quotations, proposals, and product details with clients.
- Maintain and update product catalogues and price lists.
- Schedule client meetings, follow-ups, and appointments.
- Support in preparing presentations, reports, and documents when required.
- Handle basic email communication and client queries.
- Maintain proper records of orders, quotations, and client information.
- Perform any other tasks assigned by the Managing Director.
Required Skills
- Good communication and interpersonal skills.
- Basic knowledge of MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
- Ability to coordinate with clients and team members.
- Organized, responsible, and willing to learn.
- Basic understanding of furniture or interior products will be an added advantage.
Qualification
- Any Graduate / Diploma (Business Administration, Interior Design, or related field preferred).
- Freshers or candidates with up to 1 year of experience can apply.
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month
