Job Description:
We are looking for a Business Analyst – Post Sales with 2–4 years of experience who will be responsible for managing client requirements after project closure, ensuring smooth delivery, and maintaining strong client relationships. The role involves understanding client needs, coordinating with internal teams, and ensuring successful implementation and support.
Key Responsibilities:
- Act as the primary point of contact for clients during the post-sales phase.
- Gather, analyze, and document client requirements and translate them into functional specifications.
- Coordinate with development, QA, and project teams for timely resolution of client queries and issues.
- Monitor project deliverables and ensure client satisfaction after delivery.
- Provide product guidance and support to clients as required.
- Track change requests, enhancements, and feature updates.
- Prepare reports, documentation, and status updates for stakeholders.
- Conduct client meetings and follow-ups to ensure smooth communication.
Required Skills:
- Strong understanding of business analysis and requirement gathering.
- Good communication and client-handling skills.
- Experience in preparing BRD, FRD, and functional documentation.
- Ability to coordinate with cross-functional teams.
- Basic understanding of SDLC and project management processes.
Preferred Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, IT, or a related field.
- Experience working with software or IT service companies will be preferred.
Immediate joiners preferred.
