Job Summary
Kannur Medical College is seeking a dedicated and professional Public Relations Officer (PRO) to serve as the primary point of contact for patients, visitors, and other stakeholders. The ideal candidate will possess excellent communication and interpersonal skills, support front-office operations, and ensure a positive experience by coordinating effectively with various hospital departments. Freshers with the required qualifications are encouraged to apply.
Key Responsibilities
- Welcome and assist patients, visitors, and clients in a courteous and professional manner.
- Handle public relations activities and maintain positive relationships with patients and the public.
- Coordinate front-office operations and manage inquiries efficiently.
- Provide accurate information regarding hospital services, procedures, and appointments.
- Coordinate with doctors, nursing staff, and other departments to ensure smooth patient support.
- Address patient concerns and escalate issues to the appropriate department when necessary.
- Assist with administrative and operational tasks as assigned.
- Maintain records, documentation, and reports related to patient interactions.
- Ensure high standards of customer service and patient satisfaction.
- Follow hospital policies, procedures, and confidentiality standards.
Qualifications
- Education: MSW, MHA.
- Freshers and experienced candidates are welcome to apply.
- Experience in a healthcare or hospital environment will be an added advantage.
