Key Responsibilities
1. Sales & Business Development
* Achieve monthly, quarterly, and annual sales targets.
* Maximize store profitability through effective sales strategies.
* Monitor daily sales performance and take corrective actions when required.
* Promote seasonal collections, festive offers, and promotional campaigns.
* Encourage upselling and cross-selling to increase average bill value.
2. Customer Service
* Ensure every customer receives a premium shopping experience.
* Resolve customer complaints professionally and promptly.
* Build long-term customer relationships to encourage repeat business.
* Maintain high customer satisfaction and loyalty.
3. Store Operations
* Oversee daily opening and closing of the store.
* Ensure the store is clean, organized, and well-maintained.
* Maintain compliance with company policies and standard operating procedures.
* Ensure proper cash handling and billing accuracy.
4. Inventory Management
* Monitor stock availability and maintain optimum inventory levels.
* Conduct regular stock counts and periodic physical inventories.
* Minimize stock loss, shrinkage, and pilferage.
* Coordinate stock replenishment and transfers with the warehouse.
* Ensure accurate inventory records are maintained.
5. Visual Merchandising
* Ensure attractive product displays as per brand guidelines.
* Maintain window displays and in-store merchandising.
* Highlight new arrivals, festive collections, and promotional merchandise.
* Ensure garments are neatly displayed and replenished.
6. Financial & Administrative Responsibilities
* Prepare daily sales, cash, and operational reports.
* Monitor store expenses and control operational costs.
* Ensure accurate documentation and record keeping.
* Coordinate with the accounts and operations teams when required.
Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month
