1. Core Accountability
- You are directly responsible and accountable for executing, maintaining, and protecting Malieakal’s brand promises, value additions, and service standards.
- Ensure strict operational control, timely coordination, and uncompromised service discipline at all times.
- Any failure affecting the company’s brand credibility will be treated seriously.
2. Technician Management & Allocation
- Manage and allocate technicians for all installations, deliveries, and service activities across all appliances handled by the company.
- Plan technician schedules efficiently to avoid delays or backlog.
- Ensure proper coordination between customers, technicians, and internal teams.
3. Service Commitment & Brand Promise
- Drive Spot Service and Spot Installation as a mandatory operational standard.
- Ensure strict adherence to committed timelines without delay.
- Proactively escalate and resolve any risk of SLA breach.
- Uphold Malieakal’s brand promise to customers:
- “Service / Standby within 24 Hours.”
- You are fully accountable for ensuring this commitment is achieved operationally at all times.
- Achieve and maintain the 4-hour service/installation commitment wherever applicable.4. Customer Happiness & Service Quality
- Ensure every completed service reflects Malieakal’s value additions.
- Take full ownership of customer satisfaction and happiness.
- Consistently drive strong 5-Star customer ratings through proper coordination and follow-up.
- Ensure positive customer feedback after every service.
5. Reporting & CRM Discipline
- Submit the CSR Allocation Report daily before 7:00 PM without exception.
- Ensure accurate, real-time entry and updates of all service details in the Service CRM system.
- Maintain complete transparency in:
- Service tracking
- Technician productivity
- Reporting accuracy
- Reporting discipline is mandatory and non-negotiable.
6. Performance Evaluation Criteria
Your performance will be considered satisfactory only if:
- All responsibilities are consistently executed without failure.
- The 4-hour service/installation commitment is achieved.
- Spot service and spot installation culture is strictly maintained.
- Customer happiness standards remain strong.
- Reporting and CRM discipline are followed without deviation.
Non-compliance may impact confirmation and continuation of employment.
7. Working Hours
- Working hours: 9:00 AM to 9:00 PM, or as per company requirements.
Job Types: Full-time, Permanent
Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
Ability to commute/relocate:
- Kollam, Kerala: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (Preferred)
