Job Summary:
We are seeking a detail-oriented and proactive HR Assistant to support the HR Manager in carrying out a wide range of Human Resources and compliance-related tasks. The ideal candidate will assist in maintaining accurate records, preparing wage-related documentation, participating in audits, and handling general administrative duties to ensure smooth HR operations.
Key Responsibilities:
- Assist the HR Manager in executing HR and compliance functions in line with company policies and legal requirements.
- Maintain and update employee records, documentation, and HR databases with high accuracy.
- Support in wage and salary preparation, ensuring timely and accurate payroll processing.
- Participate in various internal and external audits by providing necessary documentation and assistance.
- Handle administrative tasks such as filing, scheduling, correspondence, and other day-to-day HR operations.
- Help coordinate training sessions, employee meetings, and compliance briefings.
- Ensure confidentiality and secure handling of employee and company data.
Requirements:
- Diploma or degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field is an advantage.
- Previous experience in HR or administrative support is an advantage.
- Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
- Good knowledge of MS Office (Excel, Word, Outlook).
- Ability to handle sensitive information with discretion.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
