Salary: ₹16,000 – ₹20,000 / month + Food & Accommodation

Role Summary
Oversee day-to-day plant operations, manage ground staff, and serve as the primary on-site host leading engaging corporate plant tours and public relations.
Key Responsibilities
- Supervision: Manage daily plant functions, floor staff, and safety protocols.
- PR & Tours: Confidently host and guide corporate clients and visitors on plant tours.
- Communication: Act as the liaison between the factory floor and corporate management.
- Local Coordination: Manage local vendors and labor relations.
Requirements
- Education: Graduate degree (Mandatory, any discipline).
- Languages: Excellent English (for corporate tours) + Fluent Kannada (for floor operations).
- Skills: Strong public speaking, leadership, and crowd management abilities.
- Experience: Prior experience in hospitality, supervision, or public speaking is preferred but not mandatory.
