Job Summary:
The Investment Officer will serve as a key financial steward for the Family Office, overseeing the Investment functions and managing the family’s investment portfolio. This position is responsible for ensuring accurate financial reporting, maintaining compliance, and supporting strategic investment decisions to preserve and grow family wealth. The role requires discretion, trustworthiness, and strong financial market investment acumen.
Key Responsibilities:
Investment Oversight:
- Coordinate with external asset managers, banks, and financial advisors to optimize investment returns and ensure alignment with the family’s objectives.
- Conduct due diligence on investment opportunities and provide financial analysis and risk assessments.
- Monitor and manage the family’s investment portfolio, including equities, fixed income, real estate, private equity, and alternative assets.
- Prepare investment summaries and presentations for family principals and advisors.
- Maintain detailed investment records and ensure compliance with applicable regulations and family policies.
- Track and report on portfolio performance, asset allocation, and market trends.
- Prepare daily, monthly, quarterly, and annual Portfolio reports for family principals.
- Support internal and external audits and ensure compliance with financial and legal standards.
Qualifications:
Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field.
CPA, ACCA, or CFA designation strongly preferred. NISM certified preferred
Skill : 5+ 7 years of relevant experience, ideally including experience in a Family Office or private wealth management environment.
Solid understanding of multi-asset class investing and financial reporting principles.
High proficiency in Excel and investment tracking software (Mprofit)
Strong analytical, organizational, and interpersonal skills.
Absolute discretion and confidentiality in handling sensitive financial and personal information.
Preferred Attributes: Experience with trust and estate accounting.
Familiarity with private investments, alternative assets, and family governance structures.
Proactive, detail-oriented, and able to manage multiple priorities independently.
High degree of integrity and professional ethics.

Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹40,000.00 per month
