We are seeking a compassionate, skilled, and dedicated Staff Nurse to join our clinical team. In this role, you will provide high-quality direct patient care, administer medications, monitor patient conditions, and collaborate with physicians to implement effective treatment plans. The ideal candidate will combine strong clinical expertise with exceptional empathy, ensuring a safe, supportive, and healing environment for patients and their families. Roles and Responsibilities
- Patient Care: Provide comprehensive nursing care, including assessing, planning, implementing, and evaluating patient treatment plans.
- Monitoring & Assessment: Monitor patient vital signs (BP, pulse, temperature, oxygen levels) and swiftly report any critical clinical changes to the attending physician.
- Medication Administration: Administer prescribed medications, injections, blood products, and intravenous (IV) therapies accurately following safety protocols.
- Assisting Physicians: Assist doctors during clinical examinations, diagnostic tests, surgeries, and complex medical procedures.
- Documentation: Maintain precise, real-time electronic medical records (EMR), nursing notes, intake/output charts, and incident reports.
- Emergency Response: Recognize life-threatening situations and immediately initiate emergency medical protocols, including CPR and advanced life support when necessary.
- Patient & Family Education: Educate patients and their caregivers regarding post-discharge care, prescribed medications, lifestyle modifications, and follow-up schedules.
- Infection Control: Adhere strictly to hospital hygiene, sanitization, biomedical waste management, and infection control protocols.
Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹40,000.00 per month
