Job Title: HR Executive
Department: People & Culture - HR
Location: Kollam
Job Responsibilities
- Handle end-to-end recruitment and onboarding activities.
- Maintain employee records and HR documentation.
- Foster positive employee relations by addressing employee queries and grievances.
- Promote employee engagement and a healthy work environment.
- Support employee welfare initiatives and maintain workplace discipline.
- Monitor attendance, leave, and payroll inputs.
- Assist in statutory compliance (PF, ESI, Labour Laws).
- Support performance management and training programs.
- Address employee queries and HR-related issues.
- Ensure compliance with company HR policies and procedures.
Qualifications
- MBA/MSW in Human Resources or equivalent.
Experience
- 2–4 years of HR experience.
- Automobile dealership experience preferred.
Skills
- Recruitment & HR Operations
- Good communication and interpersonal skills
- Basic Knowledge of Labour Laws
- Team player with strong organizational skills
