Job Description
We are looking for an energetic and confident Telecaller to join the DDM Signs team. The candidate will be responsible for contacting potential customers, explaining our signage products and services, following up with leads, and supporting customers throughout the sales process.
Key Responsibilities
- Contact potential customers through phone calls.
- Explain DDM Signs products and signage services.
- Understand customer requirements and recommend suitable signage solutions.
- Follow up with interested leads regularly.
- Convert qualified leads into customers.
- Coordinate customer enquiries with the sales and production teams.
- Maintain customer and lead details.
- Follow up on quotations, orders, and payments.
- Handle basic customer queries professionally.
- Achieve monthly calling, follow-up, and sales targets.
Requirements
- Good communication skills in Tamil and English.
- Hindi communication is an added advantage.
- Basic knowledge of computers, WhatsApp, email, and Excel.
- Previous experience in telecalling, telesales, or customer support is preferred.
- Freshers with good communication skills can also apply.
- Self-motivated, confident, and willing to learn.
- Ability to communicate professionally with customers.
