Working Hours
Monday to Saturday | 9:30 AM – 5:30 PM
Experience
- Minimum 3+ years of HR experience (preferably in the Education, Training, or Service sector)
Educational Qualification
- MBA (HR) / MHRM / MSW / PGDM (HR) or any equivalent qualification
Key Responsibilities
- End-to-end Recruitment & Talent Acquisition
- Employee Onboarding and Induction
- Payroll Coordination & Attendance Management
- Performance Management System (PMS)
- Employee Engagement & Retention
- HR Policies & Compliance
- PF, ESI, and Statutory Documentation
- Employee Records & HR Documentation
- Performance Reviews and Training Coordination
- Exit Formalities and Full & Final Settlement
- HR Reporting and MIS
Required Skills
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Strong leadership and people management abilities
- Experience with recruitment and interview processes
- Sound knowledge of Labour Laws, PF, ESI, and HR compliance
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint)
- Strong organizational and problem-solving skills
