. Academic Instruction and Curriculum Implementation
- Develop and deliver effective, student-centered lessons that align with the latest CBSE curriculum (Classes XI and XII) and examination patterns.
- Utilize a variety of teaching methods, instructional materials, and technology
- Set challenging and appropriate homework and assignments to reinforce classroom learning.
- Provide regular, constructive feedback on student work.
2. Assessment and Evaluation
- Design and administer fair and comprehensive formative and summative assessments, including internal exams, cycle tests, and practicals.
- Maintain accurate and timely records of student performance and progress.
- Conduct thorough analysis of results to identify areas for student improvement and adjust teaching strategies accordingly.
- Prepare students for the CBSE Board Examinations by conducting rigorous mock tests and reviewing past papers.
3. Student Guidance and Mentorship
- Identify students who require additional support and provide targeted remedial classes or enrichment activities.
- Act as a mentor and guide to students, encouraging critical thinking, problem-solving skills, and a positive attitude towards mathematics.
- Assist students with college entrance exam preparation (e.g., JEE, CUET) as required.
4. Departmental and School Contribution
- Actively participate in departmental meetings, curriculum planning sessions, and school-wide professional development programs.
- Contribute to the creation and upkeep of high-quality resource materials for the mathematics department.
- Organize and supervise mathematics clubs, competitions (e.g., Olympiads), and educational field trips.
- Maintain open and professional communication with parents regarding student academic performance and well-being.
