Proven work experience as an HR Recruiter for 6m to 2 years Experience with sourcing techniques, basic qualification, good knowledge in recruitment. Understanding of referral programs Solid verbal and written communication skills Sound judgement and confident Graduate / Mba fresher Should be fluent in English, Kannada Hindi and other south language A candidate should be located from the near work location
Understanding the hiring requirements from HR Manager Attracting candidates through various channels like social media and professional networks Reviewing resumes and screening candidates, Outbound calls. Scheduling interviews by coordinating with candidates and hiring managers
Interview will be in virtual mode
