Role Overview
We are seeking a talented and proactive Sales & Marketing Assistant to drive sales and manage customer engagement across multiple digital channels. The ideal candidate will be the face and voice of our brand on social media, handling inquiries, building customer relationships, and turning leads into sales.
Key Responsibilities
- Drive Sales: Actively manage and optimize sales pipelines across channels including Instagram, Google, and other digital marketplaces.
- Customer Engagement: Respond promptly to customer inquiries, direct messages, and comments with a focus on conversion and relationship building.
- Content & Campaign Support: Assist in managing marketing campaigns and creating engaging communication to drive traffic to tujorc.com.
- Lead Generation: Identify potential clients, reach out to drone enthusiasts/b2b clients, and follow up on sales leads.
- Reporting: Track sales performance, customer feedback, and channel metrics to help optimize marketing strategies.
Qualifications & Requirements
- Communication Skills: Excellent verbal and written communication skills in both English and Hindi. You must be able to articulate product details clearly and professionally.
- Experience: Prior experience in digital sales, social media management, or customer handling is highly preferred.
- Tech-Savvy: Familiarity with Instagram business tools, Google Workspace, and e-commerce platforms. An interest in tech or drones is a huge plus!
- Attributes: Energetic, result-oriented, and capable of working independently in a fast-paced startup environment.
