Job Summary
We are looking for a proactive and confident Customer Service Representative – Voice to support our business development activities. The role involves outbound calling, following up with prospective clients through emails and messages, maintaining regular communication with leads, and assisting in generating business opportunities. The ideal candidate should have excellent communication skills, a customer-centric approach, and the ability to build professional relationships.
Key Responsibilities
- Make outbound calls to prospective clients and introduce the company's services.
- Follow up with leads through phone calls, emails, WhatsApp, and LinkedIn messages.
- Build and maintain relationships with potential clients through regular communication.
- Qualify leads and understand their requirements.
- Schedule meetings between prospects and the management team.
- Maintain accurate records of calls, follow-ups, and lead status in CRM or tracking sheets.
- Respond to customer and prospect queries professionally and promptly.
- Coordinate with internal teams to ensure timely follow-ups.
- Meet daily and weekly calling and follow-up targets.
- Prepare daily activity reports and update the management on lead progress.
Requirements
- Graduate in any discipline.
- 0–1year of experience in telecalling, customer service-voice, business development, or inside sales.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English, Hindi, and Marathi (preferred).
- Good email drafting and professional messaging skills.
- Basic knowledge of MS Office, Google Workspace, and CRM tools is an advantage.
- Strong follow-up skills.
- Self-motivated with a positive attitude and willingness to learn.

Pay: ₹10,429.65 - ₹15,000.00 per month
