- Prospecting, networking, and generating new sales leads
- Following up promptly on inquiries from marketing campaigns
- Updating and managing the company CRM database
- Conducting client consultations to understand their budgets and preferences
- Leading professional site visits and property tours for prospective buyers
- Maintaining deep knowledge of floor plans, pricing, inventory, and amenities
- Negotiating pricing and payment plans within company guidelines
- Handling client objections and resolving doubts about the property
- Managing the initial booking process, paperwork, and token collection
- Monitoring competitor projects, pricing strategies, and local market trends
- Coordinating with internal CRM and accounts teams for milestone collections
- Building long-term relationships with buyers to secure referrals
- Collaborating with channel partners and independent brokers
- Meeting monthly, quarterly, and annual sales targets
- Preparing daily and weekly sales performance reports for management
