Executive/Senior Executive - Sales

Your Tasks:
1. Business Growth & Market Expansion
Identify and develop new business opportunities across:
Medical device manufacturers
IVD companies
Pharmaceutical & combination product firms
Contract manufacturers (CMOs/CDMOs)
Promote our full suite of services, including:
Biocompatibility & toxicological evaluation
Chemical characterization & E&L studies
Sterility, bioburden, and microbiological testing
Reprocessing and cleaning validation
Shelf-life (real-time & accelerated)
Packaging integrity and validation testing
Drive revenue growth and meet/exceed sales targets
2. Client Engagement & Relationship Management
Build long-term partnerships with QA/RA, R&D, and procurement stakeholders
Act as a trusted advisor on regulatory and testing strategies
Understand client needs and propose tailored, compliant solutions
Ensure exceptional customer experience and retention
3. Technical Sales & Solutioning
Translate complex testing requirements into practical service proposals
Work closely with internal scientific and laboratory teams to define scope and timelines
Deliver impactful presentations and technical discussions with clients
4. Proposal & Deal Closure
Prepare competitive and accurate proposals aligned with client needs
Lead commercial negotiations and contract finalization
Manage the full sales lifecycle from lead generation to closure
5. Market Intelligence & Thought Leadership
Stay updated with evolving regulations:
ISO standards (ISO 10993, ISO 11737, etc.)
FDA, EU MDR requirements
Track competitor offerings and market trends
Contribute to strategic initiatives and service portfolio expansion
6. Sales Planning & Reporting
Maintain accurate pipeline and forecasting in CRM systems
Provide regular updates on:
Sales performance
Market opportunities
Customer feedback
Support business planning and revenue forecasting
Your Qualifications:
Bachelor’s/Master's degree in:
Life Sciences / Microbiology / Biotechnology / Biomedical Engineering / Pharmacy
MBA (Sales/Marketing) – Added advantage
Your Experience:
3–10+ years of B2B sales experience
Proven track record in:
Medical device testing / CRO / laboratory services / healthcare services sales
Strong understanding of:
Regulatory testing requirements
Medical device lifecycle and compliance
