Key Responsibilities
- Customer Finance & Insurance (F&I): Analyze credit applications, determine loan eligibility, explain financing options, and guide customers through the application process.
- Deal Structuring & Closing: Negotiate terms with financial institutions, structure car deals, and ensure quick funding.
- Compliance & Reporting: Adhere to state regulations and the Fair Credit Reporting Act; maintain compliance with bank policies.
- Revenue Generation: Maximize finance income through proactive sales techniques and meeting assigned finance penetration targets.
- Sales Team Collaboration: Work closely with the sales department to facilitate smooth transactions, manage inventory funding, and process insurance.
- Documentation: Review, assemble, and submit funding packages, ensuring all deals are properly documented.
