Shift Timing: 8:00 AM – 5:00 PM CST (Night Shift in IST)
Job Overview
Vishram Management Group (VMG) is seeking a highly creative and detail-oriented Graphic Designer cum Video Editor to join our global team. This is a fully remote role focused on creating high-quality visual and video content that aligns with our brand identity across digital and marketing platforms.
The ideal candidate is a creative visual storyteller with strong design aesthetics, video editing expertise, and the ability to produce engaging multimedia content in a fast-paced environment.
Key ResponsibilitiesGraphic Design & Visual Content Creation
- Design engaging creatives for social media platforms including Instagram, Facebook, LinkedIn, and other digital channels
- Create digital advertisements, website assets, banners, flyers, brochures, presentations, and email marketing creatives
- Maintain and evolve a consistent visual identity across all brand and marketing materials
- Develop visually appealing layouts with strong typography, color balance, and modern design aesthetics
Video Editing & Multimedia
- Edit high-quality videos for social media, marketing campaigns, advertisements, reels, and promotional content
- Create engaging motion graphics, transitions, subtitles, and visual effects
- Assist in short-form and long-form video production to improve digital engagement
- Optimize video content for different platforms and aspect ratios
Collaboration & Execution
- Collaborate closely with the marketing and content teams to execute creative campaigns from concept to final delivery
- Ensure all deliverables meet brand guidelines, technical specifications, and deadlines
- Manage multiple projects simultaneously while maintaining quality and consistency
Qualifications & SkillsExperience
- Minimum 2 - 3 years of experience in Graphic Design and Video Editing
- Experience in Retail, QSR, or similar industries will be an added advantage
Software Proficiency
Strong hands-on experience in:
- Adobe Photoshop
- Canva / Canva Magic Studio
- Adobe Premiere Pro
- Adobe After Effects
- Adobe Illustrator
- Adobe InDesign
- Figma
- Adobe Premiere Pro
- Adobe After Effects
- DaVinci Resolve
- CapCut
Design & Editing Skills
- Strong understanding of typography, layout, color theory, and branding
- Proficiency in video editing, motion graphics, transitions, and audio synchronization
- Knowledge of AI-powered creative tools such as Midjourney and Canva AI is preferred
- Ability to create premium-quality designs and engaging video content
Communication & Work Skills
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Strong time-management and multitasking abilities
- Ability to work independently in a fully remote setup
- Creative mindset with attention to detail
Requirements

- Personal workstation/laptop capable of handling heavy design and video editing software
- Ability to work night shifts aligned with CST timings
