Insurance Renewal Executive
Key Responsibilities:
- Contact customers for upcoming insurance renewals and generate renewal leads.
- Provide insurance renewal quotations and explain policy options and benefits.
- Follow up with customers to achieve monthly renewal targets.
- Handle customer queries related to insurance policies and claims.
- Update customer records, quotations, and renewals in CRM/DMS.
- Coordinate with insurance partners and internal teams for smooth policy processing.
- Promote value-added products such as RSA, Zero Depreciation, and Engine Protection.
- Re-engage customers with expired or lapsed insurance policies.
- Collect customer feedback and maintain strong customer relationships.
Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in any discipline.
- Good communication and customer handling skills.
- Experience in insurance sales, customer service, or the automobile industry is preferred.
- Basic computer knowledge; CRM/DMS experience is an added advantage.
Pay: From ₹17,000.00 per month
