Key Job Responsibilities
- Preventive & Breakdown Maintenance: Perform regular servicing and prompt repairs of API manufacturing equipment (reactors, filters, dryers, pumps).
- Mechanical Fitting & Alignment: Install and align mechanical equipment, valves, and piping systems as per engineering drawings.
- cGMP & Safety Compliance: Strictly adhere to Good Manufacturing Practices (cGMP) and safety protocols while handling chemicals.
- Troubleshooting: Diagnose mechanical faults and leaks in utility systems (compressors, utilities)
Requirements
- Qualification: ITI - Fitter trade or Diploma in Mechanical Engineering.
- Experience: 0 to 7 years in Pharma (API/Formulation) or chemical manufacturing plants.
- Skills: Knowledge of welding basics, machine fabrication, tool handling, and blueprint reading
Pay: ₹20,010.12 - ₹35,204.33 per month
