Job Summary

Key Responsibilities
- Identify and pursue new business opportunities to generate revenue.
- Develop and implement strategic business development plans.
- Build and maintain long-term relationships with clients and key stakeholders.
- Conduct market research to identify industry trends, customer needs, and competitor activities.
- Prepare and deliver compelling business proposals and presentations.
- Negotiate contracts and close business deals.
- Collaborate with sales, marketing, operations, and product teams to ensure customer satisfaction.
- Monitor sales performance and prepare regular reports for management.
- Attend networking events, trade shows, and industry conferences to promote the company.
- Achieve monthly, quarterly, and annual sales and business growth targets.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Sales, or a related field.
- 3–7 years of experience in business development, sales, or account management.
- Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets.
- Strong negotiation, presentation, and communication skills.
- Excellent analytical and problem-solving abilities.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office and CRM software.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
