Job Summary
We are looking for an experienced Zonal Head – Sales to drive business growth, manage strategic channel partners, and lead the regional sales team. The ideal candidate should have a strong background in solution selling across the Education, Enterprise, Government, and Retail segments.
Key Responsibilities
- Drive zonal sales, revenue, and profitability targets.
- Expand business for:
- Interactive Flat Panel Displays (IFPD)
- Active LED Displays
- Digital Signage
- Workspace & Collaboration Solutions
- AV Accessories & Enterprise Display Solutions
- Build and manage relationships with Distributors, System Integrators, Channel Partners, Consultants, and Key Accounts.
- Lead, mentor, and monitor the regional sales team to achieve business goals.
- Engage with CXOs, IT Heads, School Management, Consultants, and Government customers.
- Identify new business opportunities, manage key projects, and provide market insights.
- Collaborate with Presales, Product, Service, Marketing, and SCM teams to ensure successful project execution.
Desired Profile
- 10+ years of experience in Pro AV, Display Solutions, IT Hardware, Collaboration Solutions, or Enterprise Technology.
- Proven experience in managing zonal/regional sales.
- Strong leadership, channel management, negotiation, and business development skills.
- Experience in Education, Enterprise, Retail, or Government business is preferred.
