About Popcorn Interiors Popcorn Interiors designs and executes interior projects for residential and commercial clients, coordinating on ground execution, labour, and client communication to keep projects on track. As we take on more sites, we are building our site management team.
Full-time, paid position. Includes a paid initial training period of three (3) months, after which the candidate continues in the role this is not a separate offer stage, but a continuation into full responsibilities.
Work Mode:
On-site, based at project sites across Bengaluru.
Location:
Siddhaganga Plaza, Raghuvanahalli, Kanakapura Main Road, Bengaluru – 560109 (site locations will vary by project).
Eligibility:
Any degree graduates (all streams) who have already completed their degree. Final-year students currently pursuing their degree are not eligible. Freshers (recent graduates) are welcome to apply.
What You'll Work On
● Managing and coordinating on-site labour to ensure work progresses as per schedule
● Overseeing day-to-day execution at interior design project sites
● Updating clients on project progress at least once every two days
● Coordinating with designers, vendors, and contractors to resolve on-site issues
● Maintaining basic site records and progress reports What We're Looking For
● Confident, clear communicator who can independently liaise with clients and give them regular, accurate project updates
Language requirements:
○ English — fluent, mandatory
○ Hindi — fluent, mandatory
○ Kannada (local language)
Required
● Willingness to be on-site and manage people on the ground
● Basic familiarity with construction/interior execution timelines is a plus, but not required Training We Provide
