- Strong Solutions Engineer profile
- Mandatory (Experience): Must have 1+ years of experience in technical solution design, implementation, or consulting in a client-facing role with atleast 6 months+ in B2B Tech (SAAS or services)
- Mandatory (Workflow Automation): Must have hands-on experience designing workflow automation or BPM solutions with the ability to map client problems to automation opportunities end-to-end
- Mandatory (API & Integration): Must have working knowledge of REST APIs, webhooks, and integration patterns
- Mandatory (JavaScript): Must have working proficiency in JavaScript - applied in solution development, customisation, or prototyping contexts
- Mandatory (Client-Facing Role): Must have direct experience assisting in pre-sales including joining demo calls, explaining technical use cases, and acting as a bridge between the technical team and the client
- Mandatory (Communication): Must have strong verbal and written communication skills to explain technical concepts clearly to non-technical stakeholders
- Mandatory (Company): B2B Tech (SAAS or services)
- Mandatory (Note 1): This is a complete remote job
Preferred
- Preferred (Education): Must hold a Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related technical field
- Preferred (Low-Code/No-Code Platforms): Exposure to tools like Zapier, Make.com, Appian, Pega, or OutSystems is a strong plus
- Preferred (Database Knowledge): Working knowledge of SQL or database concepts is advantageous in a solutioning context
