Job Title: IT Manager / Systems Administrator

About the Role
National Public School, KR Puram is looking for an experienced and proactive IT Manager / Systems Administrator to take complete ownership of the school's technology infrastructure.
The candidate will be responsible for ensuring the smooth functioning of all IT systems across the campus, including ERP, networking, CCTV, classroom technology, computer labs, staff systems, internet, audio-visual systems and all technology assets. This is a hands-on role requiring strong technical knowledge, problem-solving skills and an ownership mindset.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage the complete IT infrastructure of the school.
- Administer and support the School ERP and all integrated systems.
- Maintain servers, networking, Wi-Fi, internet connectivity and data security.
- Manage CCTV, biometric systems, EPABX, PA systems and campus communication systems.
- Ensure smooth functioning of all classroom smart panels, computer labs and staff computers.
- Manage auditorium sound, lighting, projectors and assembly audio systems.
- Provide day-to-day technical support to teachers, administrative staff and management.
- Coordinate with hardware, networking, ERP and AMC vendors.
- Maintain IT assets, warranties, AMC records and preventive maintenance schedules.
- Generate MIS reports and ensure data accuracy across school systems.
- Identify opportunities for automation and technology improvements.
Skills & Qualifications
- Bachelor's Degree or Diploma in Computers, Information Technology.
- 5+ years of experience in IT Infrastructure and Systems Administration in a school.
- Strong knowledge of Networking, Windows Systems, Hardware and Security.
- Experience with School ERP or Educational Technology platforms is preferred.
- Knowledge of CCTV, AV systems, Smart Panels, EPABX and Computer Labs.
- Familiarity with Microsoft Office, Google Workspace and basic databases.
- Excellent troubleshooting, communication and vendor management skills.

Pay: ₹35,069.67 - ₹45,050.28 per month
