Job Title: Quality Inspector
Location: Bengaluru
Job Summary
We are looking for a Quality Inspector with 2–3 years of experience in machine manufacturing, fabrication, or engineering industries. The ideal candidate should have strong inspection skills, knowledge of engineering drawings, and experience using quality measurement instruments.
Key Responsibilities
- Perform incoming, in-process, and final inspection of parts and assemblies.
- Inspect components as per engineering drawings, specifications, and quality standards.
- Use measuring instruments such as Vernier Caliper, Micrometer, Height Gauge, and Dial Gauge.
- Check dimensional accuracy and GD&T requirements.
- Maintain inspection reports, NCR reports, and quality documentation.
- Identify defects and support root cause analysis.
- Coordinate with production and design teams to resolve quality issues.
- Ensure compliance with ISO standards and internal quality procedures.
- Support supplier quality activities, FAT inspections, and dispatch clearance.
Requirements
- Diploma in Mechanical Engineering or a related field.
- 2–3 years of experience as a Quality Inspector in machine manufacturing, fabrication, or engineering industries.
- Good knowledge of mechanical drawings, GD&T, and inspection techniques.
- Hands-on experience with quality measuring instruments.
- Strong documentation and reporting skills.
