Key Responsibilities
- Sales Strategy: Design and execute strategic business plans to expand the company's customer base and increase market share in the IT sector
- Team Leadership: Recruit, train, coach, and manage a team of Business Development Representatives and Sales Executives
- Quota Management: Break down overall revenue targets into individual and regional sales quotas; monitor KPIs and report accurate forecasts to senior management.
- Client Acquisition & Relationship Management: Build strong, long-lasting relationships with key enterprise clients and partners.
- Cross-Functional Collaboration: Work closely with the marketing team to optimize lead generation and collaborate with product/technical teams to ensure solutions meet client requirements.
- Experience: 3 to 5+ years of proven B2B sales experience in the IT or technology industry, with a track record of meeting or exceeding targets
Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
