Job Summary
We are seeking a highly motivated and performance-driven Digital Marketing Executive with 2 to 3 years of hands-on experience. The ideal candidate will be responsible for planning, executing, and optimizing digital campaigns with a strong focus on Google Ads, Meta (Facebook & Instagram) Ads, and Lead Generation.
This role is primarily focused on generating high-quality leads, improving ROI, increasing website traffic, and enhancing brand awareness through data-driven strategies.
Key Responsibilities1. Performance Marketing (Core Responsibility – Lead Generation)
- Plan, execute, and optimize Google Ads campaigns (Search, Display, YouTube, Performance Max).
- Manage and scale Meta Ads (Facebook & Instagram Ads) for lead generation and conversions.
- Develop high-converting lead generation funnels and landing page strategies.
- Monitor CPL (Cost per Lead), CPA (Cost per Acquisition), ROAS, and ROI.
- Perform A/B testing on ad creatives, landing pages, and audience targeting.
- Optimize campaigns to maximize qualified leads and reduce acquisition cost.
2. Digital Marketing Strategy
- Assist in developing and executing result-oriented digital marketing strategies.
- Identify new opportunities for paid media growth and customer acquisition.
- Manage budget allocation across platforms for maximum performance.
3. SEO & SEM
- Conduct keyword research and competitor analysis.
- Optimize website content and landing pages for search engines.
- Improve organic rankings and support paid search campaigns.
4. Social Media Management
- Plan and monitor the company’s presence on social platforms (Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn, Twitter).
- Create and manage paid social campaigns focused on lead generation.
- Engage with audiences and build brand credibility.
5. Content Marketing
- Create and manage engaging content (posts, creatives, videos, blogs).
- Ensure brand consistency across all digital platforms.
- Coordinate with designers and content creators for ad creatives.
6. Email Marketing & Lead Nurturing
- Execute email campaigns to nurture leads and drive conversions.
- Create automated workflows and drip campaigns.
- Maintain and segment email databases.
7. Analytics & Reporting
- Track and analyze campaign performance using Google Analytics, Google Ads Manager, Meta Ads Manager, and other tools.
- Generate weekly/monthly performance reports.
- Provide actionable insights to improve lead quality and campaign efficiency.
8. Stay Updated
- Stay up-to-date with the latest digital marketing trends, ad platform updates, and algorithm changes.
- Implement new growth strategies and automation tools.
Qualifications
- Experience: 2–3 years of proven experience in Digital Marketing with strong expertise in Google Ads & Meta Ads (Lead Generation Focused).
- Education: Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, Communications, or related field preferred.
- Skills Required:
- Strong expertise in performance marketing and paid advertising
- Experience in generating qualified leads and reducing CPL
- Good understanding of SEO, email marketing, and analytics
- Data-driven decision-making skills
- Strong communication and analytical skills
