Senior Sales Counselor
Key Responsibilities:
- Provide expert consultation to clients on skin, hair, and aesthetic concerns
- Recommend customized treatment plans (laser, anti-aging, skin rejuvenation, etc.)
- Convert walk-ins, leads, and inquiries into paid treatments and packages
- Build long-term relationships with clients to ensure repeat business and referrals
- Consistently achieve and exceed monthly sales targets
- Promote high-value packages, memberships, and skincare products
- Coordinate closely with doctors and therapists for smooth client journeys
- Maintain accurate client records, follow-ups, and pipeline in CRM
- Handle objections confidently and ensure high client satisfaction
- Stay updated on latest aesthetic trends and competitor offerings
Candidate Profile
- 2–5 years of experience in sales (aesthetic clinic / dermatology / beauty / wellness preferred)
- Strong communication, consultation, and closing skills
- Presentable, confident, and customer-focused
- Passion for skincare and beauty industry
- Target-driven mindset with a proven sales track record
Salary & Incentives
- Fixed Salary: ₹35,000 – ₹38,000/month (based on experience)
- Attractive Incentives: ₹10,000 – ₹20000+/month (uncapped earning potential)
