Key Responsibilities-
- Online research and market intelligence
- Data building, data management and database maintenance
- Digital marketing support activities
- Email outreach and follow-ups
- Using AI tools to create innovative marketing campaigns
- Supporting PromoSetu's supplier and agency growth initiatives
- Assisting with content creation and business operations
- Customer communication and coordination
- Supporting day-to-day administrative and business activities
Required Skills -
- Must be comfortable using AI tools such as ChatGPT, Claude, Gemini and other AI platforms
- Good understanding of Generative AI and how to use AI for productivity and marketing
- Strong internet research and information gathering skills
- Good communication skills in English (written and spoken)
- Comfortable speaking with customers, suppliers and business contacts over phone calls
- Knowledge of Microsoft Word, Excel and PowerPoint
- Ability to learn quickly and work independently
